Exhibitor Information Reservations: The deadline has been extended! Please submit your reservation form for exhibiting or advertising by February 1, 2010. You may email your form to Mariana Whitmer. Publishers who are unable to attend, but wish to have their titles exhibited should contact The Scholar's Choice. They have provided a combined book exhibit at our conferences for many years and are familiar with our discipline and conference attendees. If you only have one or a few titles, they can generate sales and will also take orders. Contact Mary Lynn Howe by email or phone (585-262-2048 x.111). Exhibiting at the ConferenceThe exhibit area will be in the Governor General Ballroom II, in the middle of the conference sessions. The exhibits will be open Thursday morning through Saturday late afternoon. It is staffed at all times, and free coffee is provided. The Exhibit Room is where attendees congregate and network, thus providing maximum exposure for exhibitors. A floor plan of the meeting space is provided for your convenience. Rates: $175.00 for the first table; $95.00 for each additional table. All exhibitors receive a listing on the Society's web site, a listing in the program and one complementary registration to the conference. (Internet connections and electrical service can be obtained directly from the hotel. Contact information will be provided upon receipt of completed reservation form.) Schedule:
